Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be attentive and proactive in training and development activities.
- Participate by asking questions, learning, and trying out the concepts.
- Complete all assignments and assessments on time.

- Collaborate with the entire training batch, mentors, leads, and stakeholders.
- Comply with the KPIs and expectations defined by the business area once deployed to the project.

- Encourage the project teams you oversee to work collaboratively and aim for insight-driven outcomes
- Qualification:
- B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/MCS/B.Sc. from CS/IT stream with a minimum of 60% (only 2024/2023/2022 graduates)
- Trained in one of the following areas:
- .NET, Angular, SQL
- SQL, Python
- Android, iOS
- Machine Learning, Statistics
- QA: SQL, understanding of QA concepts, and exposure to STLC
- Microsoft Power Platform-based applications, PowerApps, Power Automate
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certification
- ISTQB Certification
- Data Science Certification
- Cloud Certification: GCP/Azure
- Desirable Skills:
- PowerApps, SharePoint, .NET Framework, SQL, Python, C#, OOP, Android, iOS, Machine Learning, Statistics
