Bajaj Allianz is hiring for the role of Junior Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Examine closed motor claim files to make sure they are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Check all claim documents, such as incident reports, estimates, invoices, and settlement agreements, to ensure they are consistent and error-free.
• Assist with claim handling processes following legal and regulatory requirements, including insurance laws, industry regulations, and company guidelines.
• Analyse claims data and trends to identify areas where we can improve our processes and reduce risks.
• Maintain high-quality standards is crucial. You’ll identify any errors or areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team.
• Work closely with surveyors, claim processors, and other internal stakeholders to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure that review observations are closed effectively.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing your findings from file reviews, highlighting any concerns, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our claim’s handlers, focusing on file documentation, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings and projects aimed at making our operations more efficient, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall performance.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/B. Tech/BE or higher qualification in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
• 0-1 years of experience in handling motor claims adjudication in an insurance company or supervising an automobile body shop
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in writing reports, briefs, and critical emails.
• Knowledge of insurance and understanding of IRDA guidelines and compliance are desirable.
