Junior Recruiter (IT) Job in South Goa at SJ Innovation

SJ Innovation is hiring for the role of Junior Recruiter (IT)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Assist in the full-cycle IT recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with HR manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
• Knowledge of Keka Hire will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0.5-1 years of experience in IT recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
