Insight Consultants is hiring for the role of Junior Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyzing and estimating client requirements and planning appropriate manual and automation testing strategies (where applicable).
• Designing and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of production issues and contributing to workarounds or
• permanent resolutions.
• Collaborating with the development and product teams to propose resilient, scalable, and testable architectural solutions for modules owned in a project.
• Continuously learning and upskilling in modern QA practices and tools to drive operational efficiency — including areas like Test Automation, AI/ML, Cognitive QA, and R&D-driven testing.
• Performing integration testing for APIs, payment gateways, and third-party systems.
• Participating in code reviews (for automated test scripts) and following best practices for maintainable test automation.
• Writing and maintaining automated regression suites using tools like Playwright.
• Logging, tracking, and verifying bugs using tools like Azure DevOps, and collaborating closely with developers for timely resolution.
• Supporting the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automated test scripts and contributing to test coverage analysis.
• Taking part in performance testing, security testing, or cloud-based testing as per project
• requirements.
• Demonstrating a high level of ownership and accountability for testing deliverables in agile/scrum environments.
