Pladin Drones is hiring for the role of Junior QA Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Test new features and critical workflows in the Watchtower platform
- Perform exploratory testing on drone missions
- Reproduce and document bugs found by users or during testing
- Validate drone hardware behavior under various scenarios (e.g., low battery, signal loss, strong winds)
- Write and update clear QA documentation and test cases
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to validate builds
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in software QA or a related technical field (internships count!)
- Familiarity with web applications, browsers, and basic testing principles
- A curious mindset and strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication and ability to document reproducible steps
- Comfort working around hardware and troubleshooting basic tech issues
- Bonus: Exposure to drone systems, REST APIs, Postman, or browser DevTools
