Systra is hiring for the role of Junior Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Assist Project Manager in completing all responsibilities towards the project.
• Project & portfolio planning & scheduling
• Preparation and compilation of reports
• Interface coordinator for Project Initiation, Project Planning; Project Monitoring & Controlling; Project Tracking; Project Closure
• Working on different management tools.
• Assist in all back-end coordination work for projects at HO level with all the stakeholder departments viz. Finance/ HR/ Admin, Etc.

Requirements :

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to learn, adopt, understand, and apply new technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• Min. 2 years of Overall professional experience
• Min. 1+ years’ relevant experience in project management for metro and LRV or other related industry.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
• Strong team player
• Knowledge of Project management tools (MS Project [Must], Primavera [preferred], etc.)
• Experience in Project Initiation, Project Planning; Project Monitoring & Controlling; Project Tracking; Project Closure.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Good People Management and managerial skills
