Ignitho Technologies is hiring for the role of Junior Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Project Management:

• Leading and managing the end-to-end delivery, including team planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Developing delivery plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project objectives and constraints.
• Defining and tracking delivery milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish delivery goals(scope, schedule, cost, and quality) objectives, and success criteria.
• Understanding and collecting metrics and deriving action items based on the metrics (both waterfall and agile projects).
• organization and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring transparency and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and dependencies.

Team Leadership:

• Promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Setting clear expectations for team members, defining roles and responsibilities, and supporting their professional growth and development.
• Resolving conflicts or issues within the team promotes effective problem-solving and decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other project teams or PODs.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Identifying and managing stakeholder requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment with delivery objectives and deliverables.

Continuous Improvement:

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the team and organization, leveraging agile principles and best practices.
• Conducting retrospectives to identify areas for improvement in the team's processes, communication, and collaboration.
• Implementing process enhancements and sharing lessons learned to optimize project delivery.

Quality Management:

• Acting as a custodian of the quality Management systems, processes, templates, and documents.
• Undergoing external quality audits and remediate gaps(Like ISO / CMMI).
• Taking an active role in the Organization’s certifications(Like ISO / CMMI).

Requirements: 

• Ideally an MBA graduate in IT management or any professional / Master's graduate in the IT stream
• Experience/internship in a similar capacity for at least six months
• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience and looking for a change also can be considered
• Knowledge of Agile Management and at least 1 Agile tool (Jira / VersionOne / ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge management skills with the ability to make informed decisions and manage risks
• Knowledge of quality management systems like ISO / CMMI
• Proficient in MS-Office
