S&P Global is hiring for the role of Junior Product Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead the onboarding process for new trials/clients
- Plan the implementation including milestones and feature requirements
- Provide technical solutions to overcome client problems
- Work with the sales/product specialist team to understand client use case
- Work with the product management team to spec client requirements and test new features
- Ensure client questions are answered in a timely fashion by coordinating and involving subject matter experts
- Interact directly with clients/custodians
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of equity portfolio management, multi-asset knowledge preferred
- 1-3 years of experience with a quantitative financial technology firm preferred
- Experience working on implementation projects
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large datasets within Excel
- Deep understanding of Portfolio Analytics product and use cases
