Gameopedia AS is hiring for the role of Junior Product Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the product design team to understand and translate the UX vision into compelling UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to solve usability issues by designing intuitive, user-centered experiences, focusing on workflows and interaction models.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design assets using Figma.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to establish and refine a design system, enhancing the efficiency and consistency of our product development process, and ultimately contributing to faster product shipping.
• Work across multiple products, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members across different departments, ensuring alignment and understanding of design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in product design.
• A portfolio showcasing strong design skills (both UX and UI), in a case study format.
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping with Figma.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or experience with no/low-code tools, with a willingness to learn and apply these skills in a product context.
• Ability to work closely with developers to understand technical constraints and collaborate on feasible design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
