Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and improving IT processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives.
• This role involves analysing current workflows, identifying process gaps, implementing best practices, and ensuring alignment with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. 
• The analyst collaborates with IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation, optimize service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. 
  
• Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN). 
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel). 
  
• Project management experience 
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team. 
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
