Mako IT Lab is hiring for the role of Junior Presales Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) activities for potential clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the evaluation process.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and technical efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• MBA in BA or IT and Bachelor's degree in CS or IT.
• Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to excel in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and IT infrastructure is a plus.
• Previous internships or relevant work experience are preferred but not required
