Wilhelmsen Ship Management is hiring for the role of Junior PMS Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and deliver a Planned Maintenance System (PMS) database for vessels without a PMS system on board.
• Analyze/auditing of PMS data to improve performance.
• Review PMS policies, strategies, processes, and guidelines.
• Follow-up PMS projects and coordinate with teams to reach the goal in time.
• Report progress on assigned tasks including predicted completion dates, problems, and risks.
• Conduct on-site visits are based on a request from the vessel owner to review/implement the PMS system.
• Prepare scripts, and templates to automate PMS data updates.

Requirements:

• Engineering background with sailing experience.
• Working experience in PMS systems and processes.
• Project management skills.
• Structured and result-oriented.
• Good team player/leader.
• Communication skill.
• International experience, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Positive, proactive, and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and/or in teams.
• Quality and results-oriented.
• Ability to establish good and productive working relationships in an international environment.
• A leader with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
