Group Bayport is hiring for the role of Junior MIS Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

•  Perform daily data entry, cleaning, and validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Copy, paste, and organize data from various sources into spreadsheets or designated reports.
•  Prepare and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
• Maintain and update data logs, tracking sheets, and other documents as required.
• Perform basic data analysis and summarize key findings to support decision-making.
• Assist in data formatting, sorting, and filtering to present clear and concise information.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, such as organizing files and preparing reports.
•  Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in generating reports using Excel is a plus.
• 0-1 Year of experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic functions such as sorting, filtering, formulas, and formatting.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and basic data manipulation techniques.
