Malabar Group is hiring for the role of Junior Marketing Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for achieving marketing conversion targets by executing company marketing strategies.
• Assist in collecting leads from various sources related to prospective weddings and build a database of potential customers.
• Accompany the Marketing Manager on visits to high-net-worth customers to persuade them to make purchases.
• Visit customers based on leads assigned by the Marketing Manager and update visit details in the CRM system.
• Update showroom staff with relevant information about leads convinced to make purchases in a timely manner.
• Share lead visit information with the telecaller for timely CRM updates.
• Collect DNF data and gather updates from wedding-related agencies, auditoriums, event management firms, salons, etc., and maintain a prospect database.
• Plan follow-ups with potential customers based on lead data, age, and other relevant factors.
• Participate in in-store sales to understand products, offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
• As part of the store’s CSR initiatives, check eligibility of applicants for various charitable schemes introduced by the organization.
• Ensure accuracy in handling medical trust functions and respond to queries related to Charity and HRD from management and prospective customers.
• Execute store-level marketing campaigns based on inputs from the Marketing Manager.
• Conduct market surveys on competitors’ counter sales, observe advertisements, and report any false propaganda to superiors.
• Assist in monitoring online brand sentiment by tracking reviews, comments, messages, and posts, and support online reputation management activities.
• Support outdoor marketing activities such as hoardings and group campaigns and report their status to superiors on time.
• Assist in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports within specified timelines.
• Continuously focus on self-development by seeking opportunities for growth.
• Ensure timely completion of self-performance appraisals.
• Take responsibility for identifying personal training needs and completing mandatory training programs and certifications.
