Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assists with the preparation of basic financial analyses and reports for management. Supports the annual budget and forecasting processes. Performs activities under direct supervision.
• Assists with monthly close activities.
• Assists with the preparation of tables, charts, and other exhibits for financial reports.
• Assists with analyzing basic financial data to support departmental forecasts and budgets.
• Prepares basic reporting for management under direct supervision.
• Supports other daily financial processes for basic transactions required for purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, supplier payments, requests for checks, and questions concerning monthly budget data.
• Participates in special projects as assigned.
• Performs ad hoc reporting requests as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
