CIS is hiring for the role of Junior Machine Learning Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Data Preparation: Preprocess and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevancy for training models.
• Feature Engineering: Develop and select features for machine learning models that improve model accuracy and performance.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and refine models based on performance outcomes.
• Deployment: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to implement cutting-edge techniques and tools.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, software developers, and product teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into various products and services.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
• Strong experience in handling large datasets and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, including regression, classification, clustering and deep learning techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
• BE / ME / B.Tech / M.Tech (CS / IT) / MCA or equivalent.
