Junior Linux Engineer Job in Kochi at Netstratum Technologies

• Work with team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, as well as identify and resolve business objectives, leveraging technology.
• Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop software tools to facilitate DevOps responsibilities in the CI / CD product integration.
• Engage in Agile development cycles, fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, and capacity to ensure service.
• Take proactive steps to improve infrastructure availability and performance.
• Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade server infrastructure.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and identify potential security vulnerabilities, bug fixes, and status of affected versions of hardware/software, applying updates as needed.
• Assess the performance and efficiency of current systems, and work on developing and applying strategies and toolsets to make them better or more useful.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the LINUX operating system.
• Knowledge of Shell scripting.
• Red Hat Certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SIP.
• Knowledge of Networking – WAN, LAN, and Wireless Network.
• Understanding of software development skills in Python, Java, and  Bash.
• Knowledge in CI / CD tool sets.
• Knowledge of Postgres database technology.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
