ConveGenius Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Junior Learning Experience Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and polish micro-lessons, hands-on activities, and assessments across Computational Thinking, Block Programming (Scratch), and Python.
• Develop clear, step-by-step instructions and visual aids for basic Robotics projects, emphasizing safety and conceptual understanding.
• Ensure all content meets clarity, simplicity, and inclusivity standards, making learning accessible even in resource-constrained settings.
• Implement adaptive flow logic for specific modules within the PAL (Personalized Adaptive Learning) system.
• Align each learning sequence with defined Mastery Criteria, ensuring logical progressions (e.g., verifying mastery of loops and conditionals before advancing).
• Test and debug branching pathways (remediation and acceleration) for topics such as Events, Loops, and Variables to ensure smooth learner navigation.
• Support the Senior LXD in mapping new project requirements to existing content modules, optimizing reusability.
• Conduct technical reviews of all Block Programming and early Robotics content to ensure 100% accuracy and functionality.
•  Maintain a well-organized content repository documenting sprites, code snippets, and project templates for future use.
•  Assist in continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing learner feedback to enhance content effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Content Development, Technical Instruction, or Teaching in Coding, Computer Science, or STEM education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Block Programming (Scratch or Blockly).
• Familiarity with Python fundamentals and basic Web Development (HTML/CSS).
• Hands-on experience with educational microcontrollers (micro\:bit, Arduino) or educational robotics kits.
• Ability to design clear, engaging, and age-appropriate content for learners aged 8–12.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
• Passion for making STEM and Coding education accessible and exciting for every learner
