Hoonartek is hiring for the role of Junior Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Report to Senior Manager of Service Management, act as a single point of contact to deliver proactive and effective service management for enterprise customers
• Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensure that commitments made are effectively communicated and carried out by operational/functional parties
• Manage the customer reports and related materials
• Involve in formulating and managing service recovery and improvement plans
• Contribute to incident root cause analysis and perform post-incident review as necessary
• Establish close and long-term customer relationships through various customer engagement activities such as courtesy visits/calls and review meetings
• Support Project Management Team to ensure services and projects are delivered in the agreed schedule
• Handle ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in supporting Abinitio ETL processes in a production environment
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Abinitio Graphs, Co-Operating Systems, and EME (Enterprise Metadata Environment)
• Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple incidents simultaneously
• Certification in Abinitio or related technologies is a plus
