Junior IT Support Engineer Job in Bangalore at TYASuite Software Solutions

TYASuite Software Solutions is hiring for the role of Junior IT Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate : 

• Laptop Management: Set up and configure new laptops for employees. Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance. Update and upgrade software as necessary. Ensure all laptops have the necessary software and tools installed for accounting tasks.
• Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.  Replace or repair defective laptop parts. Assist in the installation and updating of software applications.  Ensure all software is licensed and up-to-date.
• Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive accounting data.  Regularly update antivirus and malware protection software. Educate employees on best practices for maintaining data security.
• User Support: Provide technical support to employees facing issues with their laptops.  Train new employees on the use of hardware and software tools.  Document and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with the IT Manager and other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations.  Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Continuous Learning:  Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT support. Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

•  Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
•  0-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an accounting or corporate environment
•  Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
•  Familiarity with accounting software and tools is a plus
•  Excellent problem-solving skills
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Information
