Junior IT Project Manager Job in Coimbatore at Flex

Flex is hiring for the role of Junior IT Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting & coordinating all the Project Management Activities for the LEO Program (Stream Meetings, Governance Meetings, Project status reporting, Headcount data, etc.)
• Collaborating with various streams to collect the data, Data preparation & reporting.
• Maintaining the central data relating to project & portfolio information, updating trackers, highlighting issues and dependencies, and supporting associated administration including webpage & other share point maintenance.
• Preparing MIS reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Working with Project managers to support the delivery of project tracking progress like project plan, action, and decision trackers, Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies log, etc.
• Reviewing time reports and follow up with any resources to ensure that any missing time is captured and recorded correctly.
• Leading a project and implementing projects through a structural approach, using standard Project management methodology and best practices
• Implementing governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of Projects/Programs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-4 years’ experience in the industry as Junior IT Project Manager
• Bachelor's or master’s degree In IT/Finance or a related field
• knowledge in Finance Process would be preferable
• IT project management experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong experience in any MS Excel, MS PPT
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong inter-personal and go-getting skills
