Mckinsey &Company is hiring for the job role of HR Generalist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• You will coordinate key HR/benefits programs and processes across topics in a given geography, ensure compliance with all legal requirements and support exceptional risk management
•  You will serve as a point of contact for colleagues who require assistance in various areas within the employee lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for various day-to-day people-related processes in Bangalore by collaborating with multiple stakeholders from other locations, functions and service lines.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end HR reporting including developing and maintaining periodic and ad-hoc reports on employee data and metrics, analysis of business requests, and translating business requirements into effective and impactful dashboards/ reports.
• You will respond to a variety of first-level HR-related data/reporting inquiries from designated HR teams and business leaders.
• You will work towards enhancing employee experience by owning and ensuring the availability and integrity of data across all critical areas of the employee life cycle such as onboarding, benefits administration, engagement, and exit.
• You will also be handling critical areas of the employee life cycle such as mobility, leave management, etc., and participating in various month-end activities.
• You will manage our people systems, conduct compliance audits and data processing.
• You will also develop and maintain HR data records including managing active and inactive employee files and support for storage of record.
