Junior GTM Engineer Job in Chennai at Secure W2

Secure W2 is hiring for the role of Junior GTM Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Implement the Composable Data Stack: Implement and maintain a composable Customer Data Platform and Data Warehouse. You will implement the schemas, pipelines, and identity resolution logic that turns all customer data into a unified customer profile through data activation and reverse ETL.
• Build "Agentic" Workflows: Go beyond simple Zaps. Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using n8n, Zapier, and Clay that can autonomously perform actions across the Sales and Marketing team, with human intervention only at the right time.
• Full-Stack Observability: Treat GTM operations like a DevOps engineer. Implement monitoring, alerting, and error handling for our data pipelines. If a lead fails to sync to Salesforce, you should know before the sales team does.

Requirements :

• Engineering Background: Experience with Python/TypeScript and SQL. You are comfortable calling APIs, handling webhooks, and writing transformation code.
• Systems Design: You understand the difference between a "Data Lake" and a "Data Warehouse" and know when to use an Event Stream vs. a Batch ETL process.
• Low-Code Mastery: Deep expertise in n8n, Zapier or similar orchestration tools. You know how to handle pagination, rate limits, and error handling in visual workflows.
