Junior Graphic Designer Job in Pune at Vinsys

Key Responsibilities:

• A junior designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects.
• Design high-quality social media course banners, posts, flyers, carousels, email banners, and standees
• Create visually compelling PPT templates, Word document layouts, and brochures
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all digital and print formats
• Occasionally assist in editing short videos or animated elements for social platforms
• Coordinate with content, marketing, and other teams to deliver on-brand creatives
• AI Tools Expertise: Extra Knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E, (for AI image generation, concept art, and creative automation)
• Strong layout, typography, branding, and composition skills

Software & Skills Required:

• The ability to meet deadlines in a pressure environment
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Adobe Express
• Strong layout, typography, branding, and composition skills
• A background of working as part of a design team
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• Adeptness with leading design software packages
• Familiarity with design techniques
• Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, fonts & Images)
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Produce final design solutions

Experienced Required:

• 2 to 3 years experience.
