Arbor is hiring for the role of Junior Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers with high accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements and liaise with the 3rd party accounting service provider for shared tasks.
• Process vendor invoices and employee claims in a timely and compliant manner.
• Prepare and submit periodic statutory returns and ensure timely tax payments.
• Assist with the preparation of management reports and support internal and external audit requirements.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance, preferably in a corporate or shared service environment.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST,TDS and basic direct tax rules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Oracle or ERP systems).
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to month-end closing, reconciliations, and audit preparation.
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
