Vontier is hiring for the role of Junior Analyst Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as a junior administrator for the HFM consolidation reporting system and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GVR and its subsidiaries.
• Support intercompany reconciliation processes in a multinational, multi-currency environment.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial results to the parent company on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Global Controllership team to deploy technical accounting guidance across all subsidiaries.
• Assist in preparing reporting packages in compliance with corporate financial reporting standards and statutory regulations.
• Participate in month-end closing by preparing and processing journal entries at the global level.
• Contribute to daily financial management and support the tracking of key financial metrics.
• Identify root causes of discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives globally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (qualified accountant is a plus).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience within a multinational environment.
• Experience in accounting consolidation processes and related systems (HFM, OneStream, Blackline experience preferred).
• Familiarity with system administration, including disciplined user provisioning and change management.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet and P&L relationships under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt new tools and collaborate with IT teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proven communication skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization, including non-accounting stakeholders.
• Experience working with external auditors and preparing audit-ready documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ambition to grow through challenging assignments.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
