Syngene is hiring for the role of Junior Executive - Water Plant 1!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Operate and monitor the operation of the clean utilities through DCDMS
• Maintain periodic monitoring records as per the approved procedure.
• Monitor the daily sampling of clean utilities as per the QC sampling schedule.
• Adhere to safety requirements and ensure adequate labeling within the Clean Utility Area.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the Clean Utility Area Supervise Cleaning and sanitization of the area and maintain and/or review the records.
• Plan and perform regular sanitization of the Storage and Distribution Systems for Water for Injections and Purified Water at frequencies defined in the approved procedures.
• Ensure periodic calibration of instrumentation for clean utilities and preventive maintenance of the generation, storage and distribution systems.
• Perform Operation of Kill Tank and Waste Disposal as per approved procedure and maintain records.
• Report non-conformities to the supervisor and participate in implementation of CAPA.
• Revise and Prepare of SOP related to clean utilities area, kill tank area, and Water plant area.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the clean utilities area, kill tank area Supervise Cleaning and sanitization of the area, and maintain and/or review the records.
• Monitor & confirm that the established Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for a safe work environment are followed by self & direct reports.
• Monitor & confirm that self & direct reports adhere to the highest standards of quality, integrity & compliance for every work activity.
• Complete the assigned training in a timely manner and comply with the training procedure & training calendar and monitor & confirm the same for the direct reports.
• Attend all assigned mandatory training related to data integrity, health, and safety measures, and monitor & confirm the same for the direct reports.
• Participate in & support the training on procedures, protocols, and On-the-Job activities.
• Report nonconformities & deviations to the respective supervisor(s) and/or line manager(s).
• Participate in & support for on-time initiation & closure of deviations, investigations, CAPA, and change controls

Requirements:

• B.Sc with 2-6 years of relevant experience
