Flex is hiring for the role of Junior Executive - Logistics!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage the Defective Pickup and Deliveries from WH for Repair and Return
- Compile the Daily Pickup and Delivery status reports
- Follow-up with couriers for Over Due Pickup and Deliveries
- Create Pickup requests, AWB & E Waybill for pickups
- Identify the low-performing lanes and rotate couriers to improve the performance
- Share data for weekly and monthly meetings with customers
- Respond to all emails from internal and external customers regarding Logistics
- Take care of the dedicated vehicle movement from Flex to Customer and back
Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Logistics Operations
- Experience in after-market support
- Experience in the Telecom Industry (Either in Manufacturing or in Market Support)
- Excellent knowledge of using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint etc
