Keka is hiring for the role of Junior Executive - IT Infrastructure!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop software, patches, and updates.
• Configure system settings, perform regular system updates, and ensure endpoint security.
• Assist with system and data backups, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Set up Outlook profiles and resolve mail-related connectivity issues.
• Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Configure and maintain security controls such as MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Conditional Access, and Self-Service Password Reset.
• Work with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Routing for efficient network operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Manage VPNs (Site-to-Site, SSL VPN, and Remote Access).
• Implement and maintain IPS/IDS, Web Filtering, and Application Control for network protection.
• Support network segmentation and Zero Trust architecture implementation.
• Participate in planning and deploying new IT infrastructure projects and technology initiatives.
• Document technical procedures, system configurations, and network diagrams.
• Train and guide end-users on hardware, software, and IT best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Windows and MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Hands-on experience with configuring switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Understanding of network security concepts and tools (IPS/IDS, VPNs, Zero Trust).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
