Procore is hiring for the role of Junior Engineer - Security Sustainment!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborate with security engineering teams to understand their sustainment needs and offload repeatable work
- Regularly review infrastructure to keep it up to date with existing security protocols and standards
- Develop and report on key security sustainment metrics
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies and recommend necessary changes
- Be a part of promoting a culture of security awareness within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Recent graduates looking for an entry-level position
- Internships are a plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR
- Personal characteristics: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
