Junior Engineer - Quality Assurance Job in Bangalore at Asteria Aerospace

Asteria Aerospace is hiring for the role of Junior Engineer - Quality Assurance!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Identify any non-conformance in the product or process, document the details, and work with the relevant teams to find the root cause and drive to implement corrective actions.
• conduct investigation for customer complaints regarding the quality of products or services. driving and coordinating with departments for providing effective solutions on time.
• Prepare reports on quality assurance activities and present them to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancing quality and efficiency.
• Assist in quality assurance procedures and standards generation and maintenance.
• Identify and document issues and assist with troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions to resolve identified defects. 
• Assist in preparation of test cases, test procedures and test reports. 
• Prepare, process, and maintain records. 
• Monitor and maintain the calibration of measuring instruments. 
• Other duties as assigned or required to improve and maintain the Quality Management System. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Aeronautical / Aerospace, Mechanical or related field/B.E with relevant experience. 
• 1 - 2 years of experience in relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of electronic parts inspection. 
• Details focused and team player. 
• Familiar with sampling standards. Carrying out FAI for parts. 
• Working knowledge of inspection and testing tools (Measurement gauges, multi-meters, oscilloscope). 
• Knowledge on ISO, AS9100 and AS9102 standards. 
• Ability to work with flexible schedule during peak periods. 
• Good English written, reading and communication skills. 
• Ability to self-manage by planning and organizing work to drive for results.
