Junior Engineer- Program Management Job in Coimbatore at Flex

Flex is hiring for the role of Junior Engineer- Program Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate and follow up on several program management reports within the offshore Center (Global Business Services - GBS) & Site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee/Coordinate program activities with all inter-departments ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverables.
• Handles data of a highly confidential and critical in nature. 
• Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results within the GBS / SITE Customer Focus Team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills & Customer Management Skills.
• Lead and drive the activities and ensure timely accurate delivery of our services.
• Good with documentation skills at various stages of the Program.
• Excellent understanding of Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of the Product life cycle
• Basic understanding /knowhow on the Financial terms/ INCO Terms and their impact on the Profit & Loss of the business
• Excellent understanding on the customer focus team's role in managing the customer
• Hands-on experience on using ERP tools like Baan/ SAP for PM roles.
• Excellent knowledge on using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Knowledge of MS -Project will be an added advantage
• A basic understanding on office automation or automation through Excel will be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Management or equivalent.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience in PM Domain
• Excellent understanding of Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction / New Product Development / different phases of the Product life cycle
• Basic understanding/know-how on the financial terms/ INCO Terms and their impact on the Profit & Loss of the business.
• Excellent understanding of customer focus team role in managing the customer.
• Hands-on experience in using the ERP tool like BaaN/ SAP for PM role 
• Excellent knowledge of using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
