Junior Engineer Job in Pune at Pride Purple Group

Pride Purple Group is hiring for the role of Junior Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise ongoing construction work and assist the Project Manager in resource mobilization
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Ensure work execution adheres to working drawings
• Manage site-level technical and non-technical issues
• Maintain accuracy in measurement sheets for billing
• Understand material requirements and timely communicate them to the Senior Engineer to avoid man-hour loss
• Verify material quality and minimize wastage according to standard consumption criteria
• Prepare DPR and submit it to VP, PM, and Planning & Contract Manager
• Ensure the use of safety equipment by all site staff
• Conduct quality audits of ongoing construction and publish detailed audit reports with action plans for the PM and Sr. Site Engineer

• 1-3 years of experience
