Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Find and pitch stories according to The Better India editorial guidelines.
• Write powerful stories that create an impact.
• Take ownership of stories, ensuring accuracy, format, flow, grammar, statistics, and distribution.
• Conceptualize and execute new content ideas aligned with The Better India's purpose.
• Assist the team in finding and growing contacts, resources, and other gains to ensure constant innovation and improvement in content.

Requirements:

• Anyone with a passion for impact, storytelling, and harnessing the power of the internet for good.
• Having 1-2 years of work experience in the digital media space, especially news coverage, long-form writing, and analysis.
• Having an interest in multimedia productions, with an interest in exploring new formats like videos and podcasts too.
• Have experience in Scriptwriting, video scripting, and narration.
• Will have experience in working on audio-visual content.
