Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Sourcing sales via Cold calls, emails & lead follow-up calls
• Generating corporate leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a pipeline of current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
• Opening Salary accounts for Corporate employees

Requirements:

• Previous experience in B2B Corporate sales is preferred
• Candidates from fintech, Insure-tech, employee benefits, corporate banking, and startup environments are preferred
• 6 months of corporate sales experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills •Location - Bangalore
• Persistence is a must
