Cars24 is hiring for the role of Junior Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and ensure task completion
• Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and documentation
• Support in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items
• Assist in communication between cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and product
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data collection and reporting
• Escalate bottlenecks or issues proactively to the reporting manager
• Be the go-to person for process-related support and documentation needs

Requirements:

• Experience : 0–2 years in coordination, operations, admin, or support roles
• Education: Graduate from any stream (preferably BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent)
• Good communication (written & verbal)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially Sheets/Excel)
• Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
