Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on market trends, customer preferences, and sales forecasts.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Assist in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
