BixBytes Solutions is hiring for the role of Junior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Help manage project activities and track progress using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project dashboards and reports for stakeholder visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development (.NET, PHP, Angular, React), QA, and Cloud teams to understand technical workflows.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Support coordination of project tasks across different business domains like Real Estate, Aviation, social media, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Health.
• Learn and apply Agile best practices and contribute to process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in any related role (internship or academic projects in project management/business analysis is a plus).
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira or similar project tracking tools is preferred.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and collaborating with Development teams (.NET, PHP, Angular, React), QA, and Cloud teams.
• Interest in working across multiple domains such as Real Estate, Aviation, social media, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Health.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with key BA deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases/User Stories, Process Flows, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Mapping, Data Models, Test Cases, UAT Reports, and Solution Proposals. Proficient in translating business needs into actionable requirements and process improvements.
