KTree is hiring for the role of Junior Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible to create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service life cycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.
• Prepare power point for the Client call.
• Test all demo links and make sure they are working before the call.
• Prepare MOM and email to Sales team the same business day.
• After confirmation of MOM break down into sub-tasks with the help of developer.
• Provide detailed time estimate for each task with Development and testing time included and send to Sales team.
• Prepare proposal document and get approval from Project Manager.
• Send a meeting invite to client , Project team members.
• Setup and demo the application to gather requirements.
• Communication via email ,skype or call.
• Document all the requirements and send a MOM to client.
• Prepare wire-frames and take confirmation from client.
• Gather Functional Requirement and Non Functional Requirements
• Should be able to make User guides & Prepare Test Plan ,Test scenarios and test cases and communicate to client.
• Create tasks and sub tasks and get approval of Project Manager and Lead developer.
• Make sure all tasks are assigned to the developers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1yr relevant experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Gathering Business Requirements from the client/Customer
• Interact with clients to understand and capture their functional and technical requirements.
• Middle level project based business knowledge. Ability to diagnose issues and resolve simple to moderately
• Preparation of presentations with the inclusion of feasibility study as well as proof of concept delivery.
• Preparing (Functional Specification Documents)/Business Documents.
• Good Organizational, analytical, Problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
• Interprets business needs and translates them into system requirements.
• Writes business specifications and forwards to technical staff for system development.
• Interprets systems specifications to develop, maintain and support automated business processes.
• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
