Exela is hiring for the role of Junior Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data (volumes, productivity, SLA adherence, quality, attrition).
- Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
- Translate HMPO QA feedback and process rejections into actionable insights for operations.
- Collaborate with Ops, WFM, and QA teams to identify root causes of delivery gaps.
- Support special projects (automation, workflow transitions, cost optimization initiatives).
- Document findings, SOPs, and insights in a structured manner.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel/G-Sheet (pivot, lookup, formulas), PowerPoint/Google Slides and Looker Studio
- Communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability and curiosity to learn complex business processes
- BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent with focus in Business / Analytics / Operations
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in business analysis / MIS reporting preferred
