Junior Bid Manager Job in Chennai at MSX International

MSX International is hiring for the role of Junior Bid Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage bids end-to-end, from qualification to submission, in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from global markets (North America, Europe, APMEA, South America).
• Drive the bid content process, including proposal writing, proposal response tracking, business case preparation, marketing collaterals, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to prepare accurate and high-quality response documents.
• Collaborate with solution teams to understand business needs and map proposed solutions against RFP/RFI requirements at a high level.
• Possess complete understanding of Bid Management and Proposal Management processes.
• Prepare Bid Plans, outlining stakeholder responsibilities; collaborate with Sales & Delivery heads to define win strategies, storylines, differentiators, win themes, and conduct war-room sessions and capability presentations.
• Develop presentations and proposal documents in line with business team requirements.
• Strong experience in Proposal Writing and Management, Pre-sales, and Bid Management for mid-sized to large deals in industries such as Automotive.
• Build and maintain a repository of business proposals and leverage AI-assisted authoring tools to accelerate proposal creation.
• Contribute to content development, including presentations, infographics, video tutorials, webinars, and other digital media.
• Analyze and interpret RFPs/RFQs or briefs provided by Sales/Business teams to structure proposals effectively.
• Structure different types of business proposals tailored to varied solutions and products.
• Facilitate necessary reviews and approvals from Legal, Finance, Solution, and Delivery teams prior to submission.
• Support creation of sales collaterals, capability materials, corporate decks, case studies, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring deliverables meet quality and turnaround KPIs.
• Maintain a knowledge management repository of past proposals; standardize proposal templates/documents for quick turnaround.

Requirements:

• Additional domain knowledge: Data Management & Analytics, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Services.
• Basic knowledge of pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price) and development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall).
