Edwards India Private Ltd is hiring for the role of Junior BI Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support and maintenance for existing BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and data models).
• Act as a primary point of contact for business users, handling BI-related enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage the BI team’s shared mailbox, ensuring queries are logged, prioritised, and resolved effectively.
• Assist in documenting BI processes, reports, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Work on standardising existing reports and dashboards to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
• Preparation of training materials
• Collaborate with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues when required.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the BI function.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of BI concepts and tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 tools.
• Exposure to SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with shared mailbox or ticket management systems.
• Familiarity with data governance, documentation, or reporting standards.
• Previous experience in a support or customer-facing role.
