Godigit is hiring for the role of Junior Associate Strategic Partnerships!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive and achieve monthly topline targets through agency vertical
- Ensure diversification of portfolio into motor, non-motor, and health products for the location they are managing
- Drive recruitment of agents through team members as per targets set
- Coordinate with team to ensure month-on-month activation of agents as per targets set
- Manage individual targets for agent recruitment, activation, and premium if any.
