Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers.
• Maintains basic level knowledge of service and solution offerings specific to
• Researches and gathers all necessary information to complete tasks.
• Communicates promptly and effectively via emails, reports, and reminders.
• Achieves organizational goals by embracing new and diverse requests and
• identifying opportunities to enhance job performance.
• Supports requests from customers, partners, sales representatives, and other
• operations team members.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to achieve procurement objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, supply chain (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
• 0-1 year’s/prior experience in Customer service experience
• Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
