Kasmo is hiring for the role of Junior Associate Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting the Salesforce, Data and Digital Engineering teams with business analysis, coding, project management tasks including requirement gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in line with specifications, prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Participating in client meetings and helping to create the project documentation and helping in client presentations.
• Participating in training sessions and other learning opportunities to gain additional knowledge and skills.
• Successfully complete the certifications required in the field of Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud technologies.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge on Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Exposure to Software development technologies leveraging C, C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CSS, Relational Databases, SQL, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prolifient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exposure to cloud technologies will be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
