Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive B2B sales for Razorpay’s cross-border payment solutions, targeting export-focused businesses, freelancers, SaaS companies, and service providers.
• Own the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to closure — ensuring a consultative, value-driven approach.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to build pipeline and tailor offerings to merchant needs.
• Maintain a healthy funnel, build strong merchant relationships, and exceed revenue and activation targets.
• Stay updated on competitors (e.g. PayPal, Wise, Payoneer) and market trends to craft compelling pitches.
• Provide feedback to product and growth teams to enhance onboarding and merchant experience.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or cross-border/export-focused products.
• Proven ability to manage sales targets, pipeline health, and revenue contribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and tools like Salesforce.
• A high-growth mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
