Basware India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Junior Associate Cloud Operations Engineer/PDF Mapping!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize mapping-specific technologies to create mappings for PDF e-invoices and Smart PDF suppliers/templates based on test and production invoices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform necessary actions for stuck/leaked transactions. Work on automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Review customer quality feedback or issues received via feedback reports or ServiceNow tickets/incidents.
• Make necessary mapping adjustments and improvements based on the customer feedback to enhance the quality and accuracy of the mappings. Also, work on overall customer satisfaction by providing/implementing effective and efficient solutions.
• Ensure the successful onboarding of new suppliers/templates for both PDF eInvoice and Smart PDF services withing aligned time.
• Implement improvements to enhance the capturing quality based on feedback and proactive monitoring to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service reliability.
• Handle technical problem tickets assigned by Support team
• Provide input for automation and quality improvement
• Co-operate with other units and countries.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and commonly used office PC applications.
• Proficiency with common internet browsers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON and Core Java.
• Familiarity with corporate tools such as SharePoint, M-Files, JIRA, and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Basware's services, including P2P and E-Invoice.
