Koch Technology Solutions is hiring for the role of Junior Associate Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with Sales Engineers, Global Account Managers, Industry specialists, and Product/engineering change teams.
• Daily updating of End customer details of the CCC determination table in SAP
• 12 hrs for 5 days of support to update the determination of the table once in a quarter.
• Provide support to Sales Operations functions on a daily, weekly basis.
• Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports as detailed by his or her supervisor & stakeholders.
• Interact with the Sales team, Local coordinator, global coordinators, and contractors/engineers.
• Analyze data to identify trends, drive insight and participate in projects to deliver process improvements.
• Quantitative analysis, reporting and development of data-based recommendations to influence decision-making on a daily basis.
• Ability to multitask to meet project deadlines and manage complex activities.
• Strong ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
• Ability to balance workload by maintaining SLA. Quickly learn new project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work.

Requirements:

• Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers through multiple means such as email, telephone, and in-person discussions.
• Ability to build Strong Work Relationships.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Understand the manufacturing process, engineering drawing and supply chain flow.
• Analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, product line and pricing mechanics preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP programs used to support the process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to understand and work with formulas and formats submitted by customers.
