Silver Piston is hiring for the role of Junior Associate - Accounting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Keeping track of all invoices and payments, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
• Generally responding to all enquiries regarding payments received from the various departments
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• Keeping records of unapplied advances and sending mails to different departments for adjusting the same
• Supplier Reconciliation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce is required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Hands on working experience in Oracle AP & GL modules is good but not necessary
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills
• Good English communication skills
• Good Interpersonal Skill
• Good problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Problem identification and resolution skill
• Team Player
