Koch Global Services is hiring for the role of Junior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with Sales Engineers, Global Account Managers, Industry specialists, and product/engineering change teams.
• Provide support to Sales Operations functions on a daily, and weekly basis.
• Provide periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports as detailed by his or her supervisor & stakeholders.
• Interact with the Sales team, Local coordinator, global coordinators, and contractors/engineers.
• Analyze data to identify trends, drive insight, and participate in projects to deliver process improvements.
• Multitask to meet project deadlines and manage complex activities.
• Work in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
• Balance workload by maintaining SLA. Quickly learn new project requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in technologies.
• Adapt to these changes through self-training and research work.

Requirements:

• Any degree and freshers are preferred
• 0–3 years of recent experience in Analytics with a bachelor’s degree
• Understand the manufacturing process, engineering drawing, and supply chain flow
• Analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels
• Knowledge of Python, Power BI, R programming, SQL,  VBA, & supply chain management, data cleaning, wrangling, visualization, and reporting will be an added advantage
